Every MST future service vendor must go through a background screening process. After payment is made, a link is sent to the provided e-mail during payment. The processing page looks like the page below.

The approval and screening process for MST vendors usually takes from 24 to 48 hours to get approved depending on the state you live in.

The service vendor account is activated after the result of the background check is reviewed. Within the 24 hours to 48 hours processing time.

The expected turnaround time is depended on the vendor. MST does not control the expected turnaround time for each vendor.

In other to help MST serve you better, MST suggests service vendors use its Registered business name. This would help MST user find your business.

When a vendor ignores a request, a notification is sent to the MST user and the request is deleted from the vendor’s account.

Vendors can negotiate with the customer by contacting the MST requestor directly. MST is currently working on a better way of negotiating with MST requestor/users

Service Vendors.   Please navigate to your profile on the MST Application.

On the upper right corner of your screen, slide the button. Show this Business on the Map. This should enable your business to show Map. If this process fails, Please ensure you have made payment to MST account. If you have made payment, it takes about 24 to 48 hours for an account to be approved.

MST is not responsible for reimbursing the customer. All transactions are handled between the vendor and the user without the intervention of MST, As such MST is not responsible for any transaction and/or negotiation between customers and vendors

MST recommends

Always ask for identification before allowing service vendors into your home.

MST does not control the turnaround time after a request is accepted by the vendor.   Please contact the MST support (Support@mystreettabs.com) after two of non-response from the vendors, as MST will contact the vendor on your behalf.

MST is an application designed to work in multiple cities and countries. Make sure your location is turned on.

MST works only by geolocation. This means you can only see the events within your geolocation.

Multiple requests can be sent to different vendors within the application.

How to request a service.

Users can send requests directly to the vendors. Please follow the below guide.

1. open the service menu tab and select the services you need.

If there are service vendors around your location, you should see an icon of the vendor that looks like the one below. Click on the icon to send requests or locate the vendor.

Once this is done, you should see what looks like the screen below to either request the vendors or locate the vendors. For Request, hit the Request button below and fill in your desired budget phone number and service description hit the request now button. Your request will be sent to the vendor.

Currently, users are allowed to negotiate with the vendor over the phone.
